BBQ Chicken Pizza

This recipe pairs well with Estancia Pinot Noir.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Harris Teeter Boneless Chicken Breast Halves, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup Harris Teeter Hickory Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Harris Teeter Honey
  • 1 tsp Molasses
  • ¹⁄³ cup Harris Teeter Brown Sugar
  • ½ bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 (12 inch) Pre-baked Pizza Crust
  • 1 pkg HT Traders Gouda Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Harris Teeter Farmers Market Red Onion, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. In a saucepan over medium high heat, combine chicken, barbecue sauce, honey, molasses, brown sugar and cilantro.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Spread chicken mixture evenly over pizza crust, and top with cheese and onions. Bake at 425° F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
