Black Bean Salsa Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked, cubed pork or chicken
- 1 (16 oz) jar Mrs. Renfro’s Black Bean Salsa
- 1/2 can beef broth
- 1/2 can chicken broth
Directions:
- Add 1 cup cooked, cubed pork or chicken to 1 jar Mrs. Renfro’s Black Bean Salsa.
- Add 1/2 can beef broth and 1/2 can chicken broth and bring to simmer. Garnish with grated cheese and sliced avocado. Serve with warm tortillas.
