Black Bean Salsa Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked, cubed pork or chicken
  • 1 (16 oz) jar Mrs. Renfro’s Black Bean Salsa
  • 1/2 can beef broth
  • 1/2 can chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Add 1 cup cooked, cubed pork or chicken to 1 jar Mrs. Renfro’s Black Bean Salsa.
  2. Add 1/2 can beef broth and 1/2 can chicken broth and bring to simmer. Garnish with grated cheese and sliced avocado. Serve with warm tortillas.
