Cheese n Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 12 (1 lb.) large Harris Teeter Farmers Market fresh mushrooms
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms; discard or reserve for another use.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps. Place, filled-sides up, in shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.
