July 4th Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
Yields: 2 dozen mini cups
Ingredients:
- sugar cookie dough
- 2 cups cream cheese frosting
- blueberries
- strawberries
- non-stick cooking spray
- one mini-muffin tin
- frosting bag and tip (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the muffin tin with the cooking spray.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls (a little smaller than a golf ball) and press into the bottom of the muffin cups.
- Bake the cups 10-12 minutes, watching closely until they begin to brown.
- Remove the cups from the oven. After they have cooled, spoon or pipe the cream cheese frosting into each cup.
