Mandarin Shrimp Salad

A great recipe to pair with the Fog Head Highland Series Reserve Chardonnay.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Fresh Express Baby Spinach
- 1 (8.25 oz) can Harris Teeter mandarin oranges in light syrup
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup Harris Teeter toasted almond slivers
- 4 strips of Harris Teeter bacon, crumbled
- 8 Harris Teeter Fishermans Market shrimp, grilled
- Your favorite vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
- Place greens into a large salad bowl.
- Mix oranges, peppers, almonds, & bacon in with spinach.
- Drizzle with desired amount of salad dressing & toss.
- Serve onto 4 individual dishes.
- Arrange prepared shrimp on top of each salad & serve.
