Mint and Basil Melon Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Farmers Market Cantaloupe
- 1 Farmers Market Honeydew Melon
- 1 Farmers Market Watermelon
- Farmers Market Basil
- Farmers Market Mint leaves
- 1 Farmers Market lime
- 2 ounces Champagne
- 1 tbsp Agave Nectar
- 1/4 tsp HT Traders Olive Oil
- Harris Teeter salt & pepper
Directions:
- Cut the melons down the middle and get rid of the seeds. Use a Parisian scoop to scoop out melon balls from the melons.
- Cut the basil over the melon salad with scissors. Do the same with the mint leaves. Cut the lime in half. Use half of the lime juice in the melon mixture.
- Add champagne, agave nectar, olive oil, pepper and salt. Mix together. Plate the melon salad in a wine glass.
