Pineapple Banana Kale Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups kale, stems removed
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple (frozen)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Blend the kale and the water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
