Soy Ginger Shrimp & Noodle Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 package Simply Asia® Soy Ginger Noodles & Sauce
- 1/4 cup Harris Teeter olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Harris Teeter lemon juice
- 1 Tsbp HT Traders soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup Harris Teeter Fishermans Market cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Harris Teeter Farmers Market red bell pepper, diced
Directions:
- Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Mix oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and sauce in small bowl until well blended.
- Place noodles, coleslaw mix, shrimp and bell pepper in large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to evenly coat. Sprinkle with topping.
