Lagunitas Sucks Imperial IPA
This beer is a “cereal medley” of barley, rye, wheat, and oats. Full of complexities from the 4 grains, then joyously dry-hopped for that big aroma and resinous flavor.
Food Pairings: Dungeness crab shrimp roll, cheddar pork rinds with hot sauce, venison corn dog, pork loin, steak with blue cheese, Humboldt fog & crackers.
Did you know? Lagunitas Sucks is named as an homage to how disappointed we are that we couldn't make the crowd-pleasing, dangerously slammable, Brown Shugga. Our brewhouse getting destroyed by a hurricane-induced tumbling crane delayed our expansion, forcing us to switch up some of our widely-loved, but production slowing flavors....which SUCKS!

Great Craft Beer Buys
21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon Wheat
Like Lady Liberty, we stand for independence and perseverance. In the pursuit of innovative beer, there is no obstacle too great. No journey too long. No fruit too gigantic. This American wheat beer is brewed with real watermelon, for a flavor that's surprisingly crisp, dry and refreshing.
Food Pairings: Pair with lighter summer fare such as light crisp salads. 21st Amendment serves a "spinach and arugula salad” with granny smith apples, candied pairs and shaved Parmesan cheese and red wine Dijon vinaigrette. The tang of the dressing complements the wheat bready flavors of the beer.
Did you know? The 21st Amendment repealed prohibition and it was the first time our government gave back a right they had previously taken away. Hell or High Watermelon Wheat is made 100% real watermelon.
Average Retail Pricing: $9.99
Grapefruit Sculpin
Grapefruit Sculpin is the latest take on Ballast Point's signature IPA. Some may say there are few ways to improve Sculpin’s unique flavor, but the tart freshness of grapefruit perfectly complements our IPA’s citrusy hop character. Grapefruit’s a winter fruit, but this easy-drinking ale tastes like summer.
Food Pairings: Pair with Basil and Pine Nut Crusted Salmon, Honey Soufflé, Mozzarella and Feta Cheese.

Grapefruit Sculpin won Gold Medals this year at the U.S. Beer Open and at the Australian International Beer Awards.
Average Retail Pricing: $13.99
